Shipping & returns
International shipping prices vary by territory, so please see shipping prices by country in the check-out section. Most of our orders are shipped within 2-3 business days from the date the purchase was made. Once your order is shipped from our headquarters in Peru, we estimate that you will receive your order within 4-10 business days from the ship date. If your package has not arrived after this time, please let us know so we can track it for you.
If the shipping company tries to deliver the package and fails to do so, they will contact you with options for pick-up.
Customers are responsible for paying taxes and duties, if applicable.
If the product you have received presents any defects, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 business days of receiving your order and we will gladly arrange for your package's return. Returned products must be in good condition and in the original packaging in order to be accepted. We will send you an email when the return has been processed so you can let us know if you would like for us to send you a brand new item of the same model or if you want to exchange it for any product from our store of the same value.
Please note that for other reasons, such as size or color exchanges, you will need to pay a return and processing fee of $30 and place another order for the new item with the store credit you will receive.
